How cancellation works for your one-time Sqlism Pro purchase

This policy applies to Sqlism Pro, our one-time lifetime access purchase. Please read it before buying.
You can cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your Sqlism Pro purchase — no reason required.
Sqlism Pro is a single, one-time payment. There is no subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel after that window.
Sqlism Pro is a one-time payment for lifetime access to premium interview-prep content, advanced practice tools, and downloadable resources on Sqlism. Because there is no subscription and no recurring billing, "cancellation" here means either not completing a purchase in the first place, or reversing one you already made — not stopping a future renewal charge, since none exists.
If you close the checkout page, cancel out of the PayU or Paddle payment screen, or simply don't finish entering your payment details, you are not charged and there is nothing further to cancel. You can return to Pricing and start again whenever you're ready.
Once a payment succeeds, Sqlism Pro access is unlocked instantly. You may still cancel your purchase — for any reason — within 24 hours of your payment, and we'll issue a full refund. This is the same window described in our Refund Policy; for a one-time purchase like Sqlism Pro, "cancel" and "refund" describe the same action, so please refer to that policy for the full details on eligibility, processing time, and payment-provider specifics.

Because Sqlism Pro is a single lifetime purchase rather than a subscription, there is no ongoing charge to cancel after the 24-hour window closes — your access simply continues for as long as Sqlism operates. If you experience a billing error (a duplicate charge, or a charge without access being granted) at any time, contact us immediately; those cases are handled as a priority outside this window, as described in our Refund Policy.
